We are proud and humbled to share that Yeti Confetti Kids has been selected as one of six organizations to join the 2025 Sandbox for Literacy Innovation by the Joan Ganz Cooney Center at Sesame Workshop.

About the Sandbox

The Sandbox for Literacy Innovation is a highly selective program designed to support and elevate breakthrough solutions that help children build strong, joyful, and culturally responsive literacy foundations.

Why Yeti Confetti?

At Yeti Confetti Kids, we create bilingual, story-driven learning experiences that build early reading skills, critical thinking, and social-emotional learning (SEL). Our approach blends original narratives, beautiful artwork, and playful interactions that empower both children and teachers to learn through joy, not judgment.

Over the past year, our programs have shown measurable impact in communities from Silicon Valley to Syrian refugee camps. One pilot showed emergent bilingual learners gained 1.28 grade levels in English reading after just six months.

What This Means for Our Community
  • Strengthen storytelling as a literacy strategy
  • Make early reading inclusive and joyful for multilingual learners
  • Empower educators with adaptive, culturally relevant tools

What’s Next?

We’ll be co-developing and piloting new modules with schools and families through the Sandbox. Early access is now open for districts and community partners who want to explore this new approach to reading.

“We’re excited to help shape a future where every child feels seen, celebrated, and supported as they learn to read—and lead.”
— The Yeti Confetti Team
